  • 04 / Calibration & Post-mortem

    Weekly stand-up with client to discuss candidates, pivot strategy and eventually make an offer. Discuss with the client how the process went and collect feedback

  • 05 / Guarantee

    Once candidate starts we guarantee placement up till 6 months only if the client opts into six free executive coaching sessions on a monthly cadence for the new hire
