Connecting the dots is our speciality. We embrace diversity, out of the box go-getters, and humble leaders. We are unique in that we carefully select companies and candidates that seek a more holistic approach to making a match.

why we built the gr8

we are relationship builders at the intersection of proptech and traditional real estate

The foundation of our business is and will continue to be based on curated relationships with both candidates and clients, but something was missing: empathy and authenticity.

  • We were sick of leaving candidates hanging due to a lack of feedback.

  • We didn’t like the lengthened search process caused by a tightened talent market.

  • And we knew we weren’t leveraging our full set of expertise to add long-lasting value.

…so, we had a problem to solve.

we built the company we wanted to work for

Introducing the gr8, a proptech talent collective that is a better representation of who we are and more importantly, who we strive to be for our clients and candidates. We’ll focus our efforts where we believe they matter most: executive search, community building, consulting, and coaching.
